Welcome to 92pkr2 (referred to throughout this document as "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). 92pkr2 is an online gambling platform offering sports betting, live casino gaming, slots, table games, instant-play titles and related services. The Platform is accessible at 92pkr2.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions of that domain.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and 92pkr2 governing all access to and use of the Platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, wagers, bonus claims, withdrawals and communications with our support team.

By creating an account on 92pkr2, depositing funds, or placing any wager or bet, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

Throughout these Terms, the following defined terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Account" means the individual user account registered on the Platform by a User in accordance with Section 4.
• "Balance" means the total PKR (Pakistani Rupee) funds held in a User's Account wallet at any given time, including deposited funds and credited bonus amounts (where applicable).
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any financial stake placed on a sports event, casino game, or other gambling product available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free-bet allocations, cashback amounts or other non-cash incentives credited to a User's Account subject to specific promotion terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity, age and address verification process required prior to withdrawal eligibility and, in certain cases, prior to full deposit access.
• "Platform" means the 92pkr2 website accessible at 92pkr2.cam, together with any mobile-optimised interfaces, customer support systems and associated services.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which Account Balances are displayed on 92pkr2.
• "Prohibited User" means any individual who does not satisfy the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
• "Real Money Play" means any wager funded from a User's deposited balance (as distinct from free-play or demo modes where available).
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means the deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls and self-exclusion features accessible through a User's Account settings.

Registration and use of the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their Account:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by the operator's licence jurisdiction or applicable local law. Age eligibility is not an indication that gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• You are not resident in, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited under the laws applicable to you. Users located in Pakistan must independently verify their legal position under Pakistani law, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, director or officer of 92pkr2, nor a member of the immediate family of any such person.
• You do not currently hold, and have not previously held, a self-excluded status on this Platform unless a properly completed reinstatement process has been concluded.

4.1 — Registration Requirements

Each User may hold only one (1) registered Account on 92pkr2 at any time. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds credited to those accounts. Deposited funds in duplicate accounts are subject to verification and may be returned to source after investigation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, and contact details. You must promptly update any information that changes after registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

4.2 — Identity Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing a withdrawal request, and in certain cases prior to unlocking higher deposit limits or bonus claims, 92pkr2 requires Users to complete a KYC verification process. For Pakistani users, acceptable primary identity documents include:

• A valid, government-issued Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back images required.
• A valid Pakistani international passport — photo page and data page required.

Where required, a proof of residential address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within three months) and a selfie or liveness verification may also be requested. All documents must be submitted exclusively through the secure HTTPS portal within your Account. Never transmit CNIC or passport copies via unencrypted email, WhatsApp, or unsecured third-party platforms. Altered, obscured or falsified documents will result in immediate account closure and may be reported to relevant authorities.

4.3 — Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. 92pkr2 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify support immediately and change your password without delay.

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal recreational purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The Platform may be accessed through desktop browsers and mobile browsers; no separate application download is required, though such functionality may be introduced at the operator's discretion.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access any part of the Platform infrastructure beyond your personal user Account, including back-end systems, databases or administrative interfaces.
• Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or any software that generates artificial activity, manipulates odds, or places bets without genuine human participation.
• Exploit any technical errors, mis-priced odds, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings arising from such activity are not valid and will be voided.
• Engage in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or wagering based on non-public information, including in relation to PSL, ICC, or any other cricket or sports events.
• Use the Platform for any money laundering activity or in violation of applicable AML legislation.
• Create multiple accounts or use the Account of another person.

92pkr2 reserves the right to monitor Account activity for compliance with these Terms. Suspected abuse will result in account suspension pending investigation.

All deposits to your 92pkr2 Account are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits, applicable processing fees, and estimated processing windows are displayed within the Platform cashier at the time of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment method availability — which may include references familiar to Pakistani users such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast instant bank transfers, or bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah — is confirmed exclusively within the cashier at the time of deposit. 92pkr2 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific payment method and accepts no liability for interruptions caused by third-party payment providers.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are derived from legitimate sources and that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used. Deposits made using payment methods belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating payment source.

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification (see Section 4.2). The Platform will not process withdrawals to payment methods not registered in your name or not matching the deposit source where applicable withdrawal-matching policies are in effect.

Minimum withdrawal amounts, applicable fees, and processing windows are stated in the cashier and may vary by payment method and Account status. Withdrawal requests may be queued during periods of high volume or may be delayed pending additional verification at the Platform's discretion.

92pkr2 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers an AML review, including withdrawals above specified PKR thresholds. Such reviews are conducted in compliance with applicable financial crime prevention frameworks.

Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion terms and may not be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.

92pkr2 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, referral credits and other promotional incentives. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions which are communicated at the time the offer is presented and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

General bonus conditions that apply across all promotions unless the individual promotion terms expressly state otherwise include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible users only — one bonus per household, IP address and payment method unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal request can be processed. The applicable wagering requirement is clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live sports bets and certain game categories may contribute at different rates — check individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds and associated winnings are subject to maximum withdrawal caps as specified per promotion.
• Any abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets, or exploiting promotional structures — will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and may result in Account closure.
• All bonus PKR figures used on the Platform are illustrative examples only unless confirmed at the time of the active promotion. Past promotions do not imply ongoing availability.

All bets placed on 92pkr2 — whether on cricket markets (PSL, ICC T20 World Cup, bilateral Test and ODI series), football, UFC, esports or any other available market — are governed by the sport-specific rules published in the Platform's Help Center at the time the bet is accepted.

9.1 — Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until an explicit acceptance confirmation is displayed on-screen. 92pkr2 reserves the right to refuse or void any bet at its reasonable discretion, including bets placed after an event result is known, bets placed due to manifest pricing errors, or bets that appear to exploit a technical malfunction.

9.2 — Void Bets

Bets may be declared void in circumstances including: event cancellation or abandonment without reaching the required minimum duration for settlement; the offer of odds based on erroneous data; or regulatory intervention affecting the relevant sporting event. Voided bets are returned to the User's Account at stake value.

9.3 — In-Play Betting

Live in-play markets are subject to rapid odds fluctuations. 92pkr2 operates on a best-efforts basis to present current odds in real time, but accepts no liability for delays between live events and odds updates. Bet acceptance during live play is always at the odds confirmed at the point of acceptance, not at any previously displayed price.

9.4 — Casino & Instant Games

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of Live Dealer titles, by physical game equipment operated by professional dealers in regulated broadcast studio environments. Illustrative RTP percentages displayed on the Platform are indicative only and are based on long-run statistical averages over millions of rounds.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances pending investigation, and in serious cases, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Use of the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Collusion with other users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Use of artificial intelligence, bots, macro software, or any automated system to interact with the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• Attempting to deceive 92pkr2 personnel through fraudulent identity documents or false declarations.
• Exploiting technical glitches, mis-priced odds, or system errors. Any net gains arising from such exploitation are not bona fide winnings and will be voided and recovered.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing Platform personnel or other users through any communication channel.

92pkr2 is committed to providing a safer gambling environment. The Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 or above (or the higher minimum required by the applicable licence jurisdiction). Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment — never as a method of generating income or recovering financial losses.

Users have access to the following Responsible Gambling Tools through their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Once a limit is set, it cannot be increased for a specified cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Automatic notifications after a configurable period of continuous platform activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary or permanent Account suspension at the User's request. During self-exclusion, marketing communications will be suppressed and Account access will be restricted.
• Reality Checks: On-screen prompts at defined intervals displaying total session duration and net win/loss position.

All content on the 92pkr2 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software code and the overall design and layout — is the property of 92pkr2 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the express prior written consent of 92pkr2.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property right to you. Game content supplied by third-party studios remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to 92pkr2 for display on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92pkr2 and its officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses.

92pkr2 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

In jurisdictions where limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of certain damages are not permitted, 92pkr2's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

92pkr2 accepts no liability for the conduct, content, accuracy or reliability of third-party payment providers referenced on the Platform (including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah), nor for any losses arising from interruptions or failures in those third-party services.

92pkr2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at its reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, incomplete or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Conduct that poses a risk to the security, integrity or reputation of the Platform.
• Regulatory instruction or legal obligation requiring the Platform to restrict access.
• Technical or security reasons necessitating emergency account suspension.

Upon termination for breach, 92pkr2 may withhold Account balances pending investigation. Where no breach is established and closure is at the User's request, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds not yet meeting withdrawal eligibility) will be returned to the User's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting the Platform's support team. Account closure requests submitted via self-exclusion for responsible gambling purposes are processed under the Responsible Gambling policy detailed in Section 11.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform holds its operating licence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer protection legislation requires otherwise.

For users accessing the Platform from Pakistan, this clause does not imply that Pakistani courts lack jurisdiction, nor does it represent a waiver of any rights you may hold under Pakistani law. You are advised to seek independent legal advice regarding your rights and obligations under applicable Pakistani law before using the Platform.

92pkr2 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice through an on-screen notification or email to the registered address on your Account. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and contact support to request Account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 92pkr2 recommends bookmarking this page and checking it before any significant deposit or promotional activity.
